Uxbridge Skating Club - Annual General Meeting

REMINDER NOTICE OF MEETING

Virtual Meeting to be held by Zoom

The 2021 annual general meeting of the Uxbridge skating club will be held virtually through zoom on

Monday, June 7, 2021 at 7 p.m.

One parent of each registered skater, under the age of 18, is eligible to vote on behalf of their child.  A parent with more than one registered skater is permitted one vote for each child.  Registered members 18 years of age or more may exercise their own vote.

If you are unable to attend by Zoom, please consider proxy voting. For a proxy form please contact the club by responding to this email.
